华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院“先进能源和电力技术团队”面向海内外招聘教职和博士后

    团队带头人黄永章教授,国家“千人计划”特聘专家,现任华北电力大学“新能源电力系统国家重点实验室”副主任。黄教授拥有广泛的海外经历(曾长期在德国、日本和美国工作生活)作为国家大型项目负责人,在高能物理加速器、半导体设备和工艺、电力系统等领域有丰富的经验和丰硕的成果。

团队现面向国内外招聘,致力于如下的研究方向:

1) 高压大功率IGBT器件的封装技术和可靠性测试装置

2) 高渗透率新能源电力系统新形态和稳定性

3) 电动汽车安全充放电和车网融合

The Team of “ Advanced Energy and Power Technology” in  the Electrical Engineering School of North China Electric Power University Is Recruiting

 

North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) is a university well positioned in supporting the energy and the power industry. NCEPU is the cradle of engineers, managers and executives for the electrical power industry in China. Along with the giant progress of China's power industry, the university’s reputation has also grown dramatically in the last decade. The university is now on the way in transforming to a research-oriented multidisciplinary university.

As one of the “Project 211” universities, North China Electric Power University (NCEPU) is a national key university under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education (MOE). NCEPU has undertaken the historical mission to develop high-quality talents for national energy and power industry and promote science and technology progress for more than half a century. Upon the entry of the new century, the university has implemented the guideline to base the university on disciplinary programs, make use of talents to enhance the university, depend on scientific research to promote the university, and achieve characteristic development. Besides, it has grasped the opportunity, accelerated the development, and realized leap development.

The team of “Advanced Energy and Power Technology” is affiliated to the school of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the Ace of the NCEPU. The team positions itself in the interdisciplinary of power, renewable energies, and power electronics. Besides has established collaborations with the State Grid Corporation and other non-state owned large corporations, the team is developing equipment and experimental setups.  The team is aiming to develop graduate students into future technology leaders, to provide technical service, and to provide R&D solutions to the power industry.

The team is headed by Prof. Yongzhang Huang. He is also one of the Deputy Directors of the State Key Lab “Power System with High Percentage Renewable Energies” in NCEPU. He has experience in power system, particle accelerators, and semiconductor equipment and process. Over the years, he has undertaken several large state R&D project. He once worked in Germany, Japan and the United States.

The team is seeking for outstanding young Ph.D to join us, the successful candidates will work in one or more of the following team projects:
1) high voltage IGBT device packaging technology and reliability testing equipment;
2) architecture and instability of the grid with high penetration of renewable energies;
3) EV to Grid;

 

Positions: post doctors, faculty positions

Location: Beijing, China

Requirements: Ph.D degree with educational background in either of power system, power electronics, power devices, renewable energy, physics, etc.; self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, hands-on experience in lab, good English verbal and written communication skills. overseas Ph.ds or resent Ph.Ds are a plus.

Compensation: salary and benefits according to NCEPU policy designed for talent recruitment. The team provides bonus.
